Why We Cannot Accept General Returns
All Beaufart products are custom printed on demand specifically for you. Unlike mass-produced items, each product is manufactured individually after you place your order. This means we cannot resell returned items, which is why we are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (please check our size guides carefully before ordering)
- Colour differences between screen display and printed product (slight variations are normal)
- Dissatisfaction with print-on-demand product quality that falls within normal manufacturing tolerances
Personalised Items & Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. All Beaufart products — including those with personalised QR codes linked to specific emissions — fall within this exemption as they are custom printed to order.
You are informed of this exemption at checkout before placing your order.
When We Will Issue a Replacement or Refund
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order has a genuine issue, we will make it right. We offer a full replacement or refund for:
- Defective printing — Misprints, smudges, faded colours, misaligned designs
- Damaged in transit — Items that arrive torn, stained, or otherwise damaged
- Wrong item received — Incorrect product, size, or design
- Lost in transit — Items that never arrive (after allowing reasonable delivery time)
How to Report an Issue
- Within 30 days of delivery, go to your order history and select the affected order.
- Click “Report Issue” and select the type of problem (defective, damaged, wrong item, or other).
- Provide a description and photo(s) showing the issue. Clear photos help us resolve your claim quickly.
- We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Guest Orders
If you checked out as a guest, you can look up your order using your email address and order ID on the orders page. The same reporting process applies.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the card or payment account used at checkout).
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
- For replacements, a new item will be printed and shipped at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet entered production. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to cancel if the order has not yet been submitted to our print provider.
